UList

UList is a chatbot I made for the Kik messenging app. It responds to the keywords “food” and “movie” by providing a personalized list of suggestions. I wrote UList using Node.js, and I query the Yelp API for nearby restaurants and the MovieDatabase API for movies currently in theatres. The chatbot state and user preferences are stored using MongoDB. I do not work on it anymore and have removed it from Kik.
